When you send emails through BombBomb, an important first step is to verify your email address. This prevents fraudulent accounts from signing up on our site and ensures that the people sending from your domain are actual users of that domain.
When you first sign up, you will receive an email from BombBomb, asking you to verify your email address. You will also need to verify any new sending email addresses that you add to your account, or verify if you change your email address.
Here are a few steps to take if you aren't seeing the email to verify your address:
Step 1: Check your spam and promotions folder.
Step 2: If it's not there, request the verification email be resent to you by clicking the banner at the top of your account.
You can also request the verification email be resent by following these steps:
- Hover over your name at the top right of your account.
- Select "Edit My Profile."
- Click on the "Email & Password" tab.
- Under "Associated Emails & Verification," click "Resend Verification" next to the address that needs to be verified.
Step 3: If you still don't see the email, clear your cache and cookies. (If you're using Chrome as your browser, click on the three vertical dots at the top right of your browser and select "More Tools." From here, select "Clear Browsing Data.")
Step 4: Log out of your BombBomb account and then log back in, and resend the verification email.
If these steps don't work, please reach out to us at support@bombbomb.com and we will help you figure out the issue!
