Absolutely. If you’ve already recorded a video, you can upload it directly into Engage. Just go to the Videos tab, click Upload, and select the file from your device. Engage supports MP4 and MOV formats under 1GB.
How many videos can I store in my library?
There is no hard limit on the number of videos you can store in your BombBomb library, but performance may vary depending on the volume. We recommend keeping your library organized by archiving outdated videos and using tags for easy searching.
Are videos recorded in Engage secure?
Yes, videos recorded or uploaded in Engage are stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols. Your content is only accessible to you and those you choose to share it with.
Can I track who watches my videos?
Yes, video tracking is one of Engage’s core features. You can see who viewed your video, how many times, and if they clicked on any included links. Just check your “Tracking” tab for engagement metrics.
