Creating and Sending a Quick Send Email

Want the option of sending video emails from your BombBomb account as fast as possible without having to construct an email from scratch?  

BombBomb's quick sender lets you choose from generic and custom email templates to send visually appealing video emails quickly. No one will ever know it only took you a minute to send.

Accessing the Quick Send Tool

The Quick Send email feature is available throughout your BombBomb account. You can access it through various methods:

From the Dashboard

1. Navigate to the "Emails" Tab:

   • Click on the "Emails" tab on your dashboard.

2. Create a New Email:

• Select the blue "New Email" button.

3. Choose Quick Send:

• In the pop-up menu, select the "Quick Send" option

.

From the Video Edit Page

1. Access Quick Send via Template Button:

   • Click the "Template" button on the video edit page

(Note: Anytime you see this button in the software, you can use it to open the quick send feature.)

Using the Quick Send Tool

Once you have accessed the Quick Send tool, follow these steps to complete your email:

• Open Template Options:

  • Click the "Templates" icon at the top right of your Quick Send screen to view available pre-formatted custom email templates.

Adding a Video to Your Email

1. Insert Pre-recorded or Uploaded Video:

   • Click the "Video" icon at the top right to select a video from your library or upload a new video from your computer.

Record a New Video:

• Click the red record button to start recording.
• Use the "record screen" icon on the bottom left for screen recording.
• Add a virtual background by selecting the virtual background icon in the bottom right.
• Adjust settings by clicking the "gear" icon to change video size, camera, and microphone.

Adding Recipients

1. Enter Email Addresses:

   • Add up to 10 email addresses in the "Recipients:" line. Hit enter after each email address to lock it in place.
   • For larger lists, start typing the list name to auto-populate or use a contact list from your BombBomb account.
   • Remove contacts by clicking the "X" next to the email or list.

   (Tip: Recipients will be blind copied, meaning they will not see other contacts included in the email.)

Adding Attachments

1. Attach Files:
   • Click the blue button with the paperclip icon at the top right to attach files from BombBomb or browse your computer for new files.

Composing Your Message

1. Add Text Below Your Video:
   • Enter text in the box beneath your video to ensure email delivery and provide additional information, calls to action, or helpful links.
   • Use the rich text editor to format the text, highlight areas, and add links

Managing Notifications

1. Set Notification Preferences:
   • Use checkboxes at the bottom left of the Quick Send tool to choose notifications for email opens and/or video plays.
   • Click "Save Settings as Default" to apply these settings for future emails.

Sending Your Email

1. Finalize and Send:
   • Click the "Send" button in the upper right corner to complete and send your email.

You are now ready to use the Quick Send tool effectively!
