The quick send function makes it easy to send an email as fast as possible from your account without having to create an email from scratch. But wouldn't it be nice if you could choose your quick send template as a default each time you use the quick send function from your account or mobile device?
Check out this video to learn how to choose and save a quick send template as a default!
If you'd prefer to read, here's a step-by-step:
Step 1: Open the quick send using one of the following methods...
From your dashboard, click on the "Emails" tab.
From the Emails tab, you will select the "New Email" button.
Choose "Quick Send."
From the video edit page of any previously recorded video, you can select the "Template" button to open up the quick send email.
(Note: Anytime you see this button in the software, you can use it to open the quick send function.)
Step 2: When your quick send recorder opens up, click the "Templates" button in the upper right corner.
Step 3: You'll see a list of your quick send templates. Hover over the template you'd like to use as your default and click the "Choose" button.
Step 4: If you'd like to use this template for each quick send, click the "Save Settings as Default" button. This will ensure that the template you selected will always be the default template used when you pull up your quick send.
You can also build a template and save it as your quick send template.
Step 1: From the Emails Tab select "New Email" and go into the "Advanced Composer."
On the Design tab, click the "Change Template" option.
Step 2: Hover over whichever template you have that you'd like to save as your quick send template. Select the "Choose" button.
Step 3: Make any edits you'd like in your template. In a quick send email, only one text box will be editable. Make sure you don't add any text to the box you'd like to be able to edit. (And delete any text boxes you don't want.) When you're finished, click the arrow button next to "Save" and click the "Save as QuickSend" option.
Step 4: If you have multiple text boxes in your template, make sure that the "Text Placeholder" is over the text box you'd like to be editable. If it's not, simply click on the text box you'd like to be editable, and "Text Placeholder" will move to that box.
Step 5: Type in a name for your template. When you're finished, click the "Save" button. From this point forward, that template will show up in your list of quick send templates in the quick send options.
