The quick send function makes it easy to send an email as fast as possible from your account without having to create an email from scratch. But wouldn't it be nice if you could choose your quick send template as a default each time you use the quick send function from your account or mobile device?

Step 1: Open Quick Send
From Your Dashboard:

Click on the "Emails" Tab
2. Select the "New Email" Button
3. Choose "Quick Send"
From the Video Edit Page:

Select the "Template" Button to open Quick Send from any previously recorded video.
(Note: You can use the "Template" button to open Quick Send whenever you see it in the software.)
Step 2: Choose a Template

Open Template Options
- Click the "Templates" button in the upper right corner of the Quick Send tool.
2. Select Your Template

- Hover over the template you want to use and click the "Choose" button.
Step 3: Set Your Default Template
- Save as Default
- Click the "Save Settings as Default" button to set the chosen template as your default for all future Quick Sends.
Creating and Saving a Custom Template
Step 1: Access Advanced Composer

From the Emails Tab:
- Select "New Email" and enter the "Advanced Composer."
2. Change Template
- On the Design tab, click "Change Template."
Step 2: Choose and Edit Your Template

Select Your Template
- Hover over the template you want and click "Choose."
2. Edit Template
- Make any necessary edits. Note: In Quick Send, only one text box is editable. Ensure you do not add text to the editable box if you want to be able to modify it later.
- Delete any unwanted text boxes.
- Click the arrow button next to "Save" and select "Save as QuickSend."
Step 3: Set Text Placeholders
- Adjust Text Placeholder
- If your template has multiple text boxes, ensure the "Text Placeholder" is over the box you want to be editable. Click on the desired text box to move the "Text Placeholder" there.
Step 4: Save Your Template
- Name and Save
- Enter a name for your template and click "Save."
Your custom template will now appear in the list of Quick Send templates for future use.
