The Videos tab is your hub for creating new videos, managing your video library, and accessing tools for easy sharing. The content below will cover everything you need to know about what's available from the Videos tab and include links to other articles that cover the content in more detail.

Recording and saving a new video
To record and save a new video, or upload a video from your computer into your video library, select the red "New Video" button.

Searching and sorting videos
As you create more and more content, your video library will begin to grow. So to make it easier for you to find previously recorded videos, you have the ability to search videos by their title, or sort videos by creation date and engagement. By default, your videos will always sort by creation date (most recent at the top.)
If you select the "Sort" option, you'll have the option of sorting your videos by creation date, most commented, most liked, and most played.
After a sorting option has been select, you can choose to see your results by the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
Tip: Getting in the habit of titling your videos will help improve your ability to find them later, and can also be beneficial for tracking purposes.
Using or sharing team content
If you are a member of a team subscription or if your subscription includes shared content, you'll see a category for "Shared" in the left hand side of the screen. Selecting a content folder will display all videos that have been shared to that content group.

Folders can be used to help keep your video library organized and create custom categories to help you find content quicker. Your videos will automatically be assigned to "Auto Folders" (including how and where each was created.)
Videos can also be categorized in custom categories created by you under "My Folders".

Next to every video in your library, you'll find basic tracking information that provides an overview of the engagement that it's received. From the Videos tab you can see how many plays, likes, comments, and CTA clicks a video has received as well as what percentage of the video has been viewed.
If you'd like a detailed overview of the engagement a video has received, you can select the "Track" icon.

Sharing and sending videos
What's the point in creating videos if you aren't going to send them to someone or share them with the world? BombBomb videos can be shared by sending a link, pasting a video preview into an email, embedding them into your website, and more.
If you'd like to share your video via a link, animated preview, or to a social media account, select the "Share Video" icon next to any video from the Videos tab.
If you'd like to share your video via the Quick Send composer, select the dropdown menu next to the "Edit" button and select "Send" (not available for BombBomb Essentials subscriptions.) From the same dropdown menu, you can also select "Embed" to access our code for embedding the video into a website.

Editing a video and other options
If you'd like to edit the title or add a new thumbnail to your video, select the "Edit" button. To download, duplicate, or delete a video, select the dropdown menu next to the "Edit" button.
