Recording and saving a new video
To record and save a new video, record a new screen record, or upload a video from your computer into your workspace, select the orange "New Video" button in the upper right.

Searching and sorting videos
As you create more and more content, your workspace will grow. So to make it easier for you to find previously recorded content, you can search videos by title or sort videos by creation date and engagement.
The easiest method to find old videos is to search for keywords in the title of your videos. You can do this by clicking the search option in the upper right.
- Tip: Get in the habit of adding titles to your videos. This will help improve your ability to find them later and will also help you track your engagement.
If you select the "Sort" option, you can sort your videos by creation date, most commented, most liked, and most played. (By default, your videos will always be sorted by creation date, with the most recently recorded at the top.)
After selecting a sorting option, you can filter to see your results by today or in the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
Video folders
You can use folders to help keep your workspace organized. Your videos will automatically be assigned to "Auto Folders" (including how and where each was created). However, creating custom categories will help you find content more quickly.
To create a new folder, click the "+" icon next to "My Folders."
Then name the folder and click "Save."
In order to add a video to a folder all you have to do is click the video you want and drag it over into the desired folder. Once the folder name is highlighted, drop it in.
You do have the ability to bulk add videos to folders or delete folders as needed. By clicking the select box next to the video(s) desired and choosing the option from the bar across the bottom of the screen.

Tracking videos
Next to every video in your workspace, you'll find basic tracking information that provides an overview of the engagement received. From the videos tab, you can see how many plays, likes, comments, and CTA clicks a video has received. You can also see what percentage of the video has been viewed.
If you'd like a detailed overview of the video's engagement, you can select the % watched or click the tracking icon next to the video edit button.

Sharing and sending videos
What's the point in creating videos if you aren't going to send them to someone or share them with the world? You can share bombBomb videos by sending a link, pasting a video preview into an email, embedding them into your website, and more.
If you'd like to share your video via a link, animated preview, or a social media account, select the "Share" button next to any video from the videos tab.
You can also choose "Embed" from the same dropdown menu to access your code for embedding the video into a website or select "Send to" if you want to send through the BombBomb quick send.
