BombBomb recommends that you insert some text above the video, yet I'm unable to insert text.  What step am I missing?

  Hey Patrick,

  Thanks for the questions!  Glad to help with some clarity here.

  I believe what you are referring to is when adding a video into an email using our "Copy for Email" option or if you send an email through the BombBomb platform, you can help to improve the odds of it making it into the recipient's "Inbox" by ensuring that you have a good text-to-video ratio. This is usually just a sentence or two above the video with a highlight as to what is in your video. This can also help to improve your play rates.
