Automations - IF/THEN functionality where a recipient could be re-directed to another automation or list depending on the actions they take with an email in a drip campaign. This is important for people who are sending prospective clients through a "prospective" drip, and once they become a client, they would like them to quite the prospective drip and be added to an "Active Buyer" campaign (for example).
