Green Screen
I would like to be able to record videos from bomb bomb with a background picture replacing my green screen. Many applications like Zoom video conference has it built in and would like to do it with bomb bomb. Now I have to record it with another application and then upload it to bomb bomb.

Thank you for your requests and for your follow up. At this time, this is not a feature we will be implementing in the near future. That does not mean it will never happen, but is not on our current product road map.
We continue to track the amount of requests we get for this feature, and you can be sure that if we are ever able to implement a green screen technology to our system, there will be marketing communication that is sent out.

Thank you for reaching out and for your feature request regarding a virtual background for the BombBomb Recorder. While we do not have any immediate plans to build this kind of function into our software, there is a software that gives you a virtual background, that does work in our BombBomb recorder.
There is a program called ChromaCam, and you can download a free version of their software on their website. To download, visit: https://www.chromacam.me/download/*** We suggest downloading the free version first to ensure that it works with your device and environment.
Once the program is downloaded to your computer, restart your computer, and open up the ChromaCam program. Once it is open, go into BombBomb to open the recorder. Once the recorder is open, click the Gear icon in the bottom right hand corner and select the ChromaCam camera option.
***It is possible that your device may not have hardware specs high enough for this program to run smoothly with our recorder. In some tests we did, there was a good amount of lag when using a Mac computer, so we do not guarantee it will work with every device. If that is the case, there is nothing we can do to fix it because it is due to the specs that ChromaCam needs in order to run smoothly.
We hope this option will work well for you, and we will continue to take the feedback regarding the desire for a virtual background in our software.

Whoa there! The ChromaCam program is really cool but before you spend the 29 bucks to get the version that's worthwhile take an extra second to check things out. Needless to say I jumped in first. So here's the problem. My Bomb Bomb is an app within my KVCore CRM. Once you turn on ChromaCam it disables the camera and mic on the Bomb Bomb integration in KVCore. There goes another 29 bucks.

Thank you for reaching out and for telling us about your experience. As mentioned in my initial post, we do not guarantee that it will work with all devices, or in all environments. Even though it is our recorder being used in KVCore, it sounds like there is some other contributing factor that is not allowing it to work within their software.
In the tests we did within our BombBomb website, we were able to get ChromaCam to work without issue.
I did edit my initial post after seeing this, to encourage the use of the Free version first to make sure it works first.
