    Hi Julie!

    Thank you for your feedback! That is a great question which has a few answers. Because we do not build the integrations that exist with Zapier, our scope into how the integration was built is very limited. It is possible that Zapier built that integration to only pull over that information.

    In regards to other integrations we have, most contact syncing integrations will only bring over those 4 main fields. Part of why that is the case is because those fields are always constants and we know we will be able to facilitate that information. Once you get into more custom fields, there is not always a guarantee that we will have the same custom field that your CRM has. That being said, we will definitely keep this feedback in mind and explore what it would take to change this function moving forward.

    It does not appear that you mobile phone numbers are syncing either. Mine is from Salesforce/Jungo to BombBomb and does not come in.
