Video integration within Mac Mail

When someone emails me (my email is hosted through Gmail, but I use Mail on IPad)...I would love to reply to them with the awesome BomBomb Gif video and insert it in the body of my reply...

  Hey Jared, 

  Unfortunately, the update is that there has been no change here. We are restricted to Apples permissions on what can and can't show up and how it does or doesn't display.
