    Hey all,

Michael from the Senior Support Team here at BombBomb with an update on the many requests for closed captioning.

Please know that our product team has taken your requests over the last several months and years very seriously and closed captioning is now live and available for all BombBomb Plus subscribers (Teams and Individuals.)

If you are a BombBomb Plus subscriber (or are a member of a BombBomb Plus team account), take a look at the following articles to learn how you can get started with using the new tool:

If you have any additional questions about this new feature, please reach out to our support team at support@bombbomb.com.

    Thank you!

    Hi Ben!

Thank you for your feature request! This would definitely be a great feature to have, and we will continue to track the amount of requests we get for this topic.

We do have a way that you can use Apple Clips with BombBomb, which does provide captions in your videos. Here is an article that will show you how to do this: https://bombbomb.com/blog/add-text-to-video-apple-clips-iphone-app/

I hope this is helpful for the time being, but if you need anything else please let me know!

    Thanks for your feedback.

This is something on our radar, although we do not have an ETA of if and when it will be implmented.

This is a critical feature. Video is increasingly watched on mute. The option to upload a .srt file would be very good. Thanks

I have an LO that won't use BombBomb because most of his clients are deaf.  This is definitely a feature you need to add.

I need to be able to enable captions or better yet, have my recipients be able to enable captions if they want them.

When will you be adding an option for captions on videos? So many people mute their videos now and I need to have the captions on there.
