    Hi Joe and Liz!

Thank you for your post! There is a way to do this within BombBomb, and it will require you to know how to add an image to an existing email within our Email Composer.

Here is an article that will show you how to add an image into an email: Email Composer Walkthrough: Part 4

Once you add the image placeholder at the top of your email, you will be able to add your header image.

If you find you would like more assistance with this process, please email us at support@bombbomb.com.

    Thank you!

But can you save it as a template so that every time you get KCM content it will look correct?

    Hi Brad!

The content that comes over will never be branded with your custom template due to how the content is shared. As I explained in my previous message, you will need to customize each email with your custom header, by inserting an image placeholder and inserting your custom header.

Here is an article that will show you how to add an image into an email: Email Composer Walkthrough: Part 4

Once you add the image placeholder at the top of your email, you will be able to add your header image.

You can always save those emails as a template, but it will not help in terms of new content that gets populated into your account.

Please let me know if you have further questions, and please feel free to please email us at support@bombbomb.com.

    Thanks!
