animated gif AND thumbnail choice.

Just a suggestion: It would be great to have the animated gif that appears in emails, AND be able to choose the image (or the point in the video) that displays when someone clicks to play the video. Often the image shown with the "click to play" is unflattering. Or just make it the first frame of the video? thanks.
