We get many many requests to add closed captioning to our videos. Not only would this help those with a hearing disability, but also for those who want to watch the video but can't have their sound on.

  This is a critical feature for those with hearing disabilities. That you don't have any immediate plans to implement this feature shows where your priorities lie.

  Agreed with Meg. This is an important feature that NEEDS to be implemented or partner with a 3rd party company to offer this.
