Step-by-Step Instructions
Access Video Tracking Metrics
- Navigate to your Workspace tab.
- You can preview number of Plays, Likes, Comments, and CTA clicks.
- Click the video title to see more details.
Total Plays
-
Views indicate how many times a video was loaded and started by a recipient.
-
A view is counted when a viewer clicks play, not just when the email is opened.
🗣️ Note: Repeat views by the same person count as individual views.
Watch Percentage
-
% Watched shows how much of the video your audience is watching on average.
🗣️ Note: Consider shorter videos or stronger hooks if your watch rates are low.
Track Call-to-Action (CTA) Clicks
-
If your video includes a CTA (e.g., a link or button), clicks will be tracked here.
-
Use this to measure how many people took action after watching your video.
🗣️ Note: This data only appears if a CTA was added in the video or email.
Likes and Comments
-
Likes: Viewers can click the thumbs-up icon under your video to express appreciation.
-
Comments: Viewers may leave feedback or questions. These comments are only visible within the account (other viewers will not see the comments).
🗣️ Note: Encourage comments with a question in your video to boost engagement.

Q: Why do I see many views but low watch percentages?
A: The video may have an un-engaging intro or be too long—consider shortening it or improving the hook.
Q: Why aren’t CTA clicks showing?
A: CTA tracking only works if a clickable action is added to the video or message.
