Q: Why doesn’t the CC button show up for my video?
A: The video’s sender must enable captions in their video settings. If captions are off, viewers won’t see the CC icon.
Q: Can I download the transcript?
A: Not currently. Transcripts are viewable on the player page but are not available for download.
Q: Are captions available in other languages?
A: Captions are generated in English only at this time.
