This article walks you through how to record a video using BombBomb on the web, Chrome extension, or mobile app. Recording a video is the fastest way to connect with your audience, and BombBomb makes it simple to get started on any device.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Web App

Click the orange Create Video button in the top left corner.

Note: This will open your camera preview screen.

Adjust your camera settings or virtual background, if needed, using the gear icon in the bottom right corner.

Click the red record button to start recording.

Click the stop button when you're done. Your video will automatically process and save.

Chrome Extension

Install the BombBomb Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store, if not already installed.

Click the BombBomb icon in your browser toolbar.

Select Record Yourself or Record Screen, depending on what you want to record.

Click the red record button to begin.

When finished, click the stop button. The video will upload and a share link will be generated.

Note: You can copy the video link or insert the video directly into your email.

Click the orange Save button.

Mobile App- iOS

Open the BombBomb app and tap the record button to start recording.
Once you are done recording, tap the record button again to stop the video.

Tap Edit to change the title of the video.

FAQs / Common Issues

Q: Why can’t I see my camera preview?
A: Check that your browser has permission to access your camera and mic. Try refreshing the page.
