This article walks you through the process of sending your very first video message in BombBomb Engage. Whether you're connecting with a client, following up with a lead, or welcoming a new contact, sending a video message helps you build trust and stand out in the inbox.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log In to BombBomb Engage
   Go to app.bombbomb.com and log in using your credentials.

2. Click the “Create Video” Button
   From your Engage dashboard, click New Video to start your message.
   

🗣️ Note: You can also click “Record” from the Video Library or drag and drop a previously recorded video into a message.

3. Record or Select Your Video

   • Click Record to capture a new video

    

4. Share Your Video
   Use the following options to share your video:

    

   Copy for Email: Embeds your video thumbnail in your email/CRM

   Copy Link: Shares a link to post on in your email/social/website/CRM

   Social: Shares your video to social media (X, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Q: My video isn’t loading in the message—what should I do?
A: Refresh the page and try re-adding the video. If the issue persists, clear your cache or use an incognito window.
