This article explains how Team Admins can use Team Reports in BombBomb Engage to track performance across their users. Team Reports provide visibility into key video metrics like sends, opens, views, and engagement—helping you coach your team, measure adoption, and prove ROI.

Step-by-Step Instructions
View Team Reporting
Select your team in the left-hand menu.
Select Team Insights.
🗣️ Note: Only Team Admins will see the Team Reports option. If you're a standard user, this view is not available.
Filter Report by Date Range
Use the date range picker at the top of the page to narrow your results.

🗣️ Note: Adjusting the date range is key when reviewing campaign effectiveness or comparing time periods.
Review Key Metrics
Face-to-Face Time: The total amount of time your team’s audience watched your videos.

- Video Plays: Number of views where recipients clicked play.

- Videos Recorded: Number of videos recorded during the selected period.

Percent Watched: Average completion percentage of videos watched.

Export the Report
Click the Export button at the top right of the report.

The file downloads to your computer for offline analysis or sharing.
🗣️ Note: This is useful for quarterly reports, executive summaries, or coaching documentation.
Automatic Monthly Report
Click Manage Team.

Click Permissions.

- Toggle Monthly Usage Report.

FAQs / Common Issues
Q: Why don’t I see Team Reports in my account?
A: Only users with Team Admin access and the correct plan type (Core + Copilot or Enterprise) can view Team Reports.
Q: Can I customize which metrics appear in the report?
A: Not at this time—Team Reports use a standard set of metrics for consistency across accounts.
