Overview
You can check your BombBomb Engage plan, billing details, and number of seats at any time in the Account Settings under the Plan & Billing tab. This is useful for understanding what features you have access to and managing your subscription settings.

View Your Plan Details

Log into your BombBomb Engage account at app.bombbomb.com.

Click Account Settings from the left-hand menu.
- Select the Plan & Billing tab at the top of the Account Settings screen.
Here you’ll see:

Current Plan – Displays which plan you're on (Core, Core + Copilot, or Enterprise).

Next Billing Date – When your next payment is due.

Price Per Seat and Total Plan Price – Overview of billing amounts.

Seats – How many licenses are in use and available.

Q: I don’t see a plan listed—what does that mean?
A: If no plan appears, your workspace may still be in a trial state. Contact BombBomb Support for clarification.
Q: Can I downgrade or cancel my plan from this screen?
A: No, but you can reach out to our team using the Chat with Us option in the sidebar to make any changes to your subscription.
