Understanding Your Plan and Features

Overview

You can review your BombBomb Engage plan, billing details, and seat count at any time from the Plan & Billing tab in Account Settings. This is also where you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

Who this applies to: Application Admins who are the account billing owner 

Plan requirement: Core, Core + Copilot, Enterprise


How to View Your Plan Details

  1. Click Account Settings in the left-hand navigation.

  1. Select the Plan & Billing tab.

Here you'll see:

  • Current Plan — which plan you're on (Core, Core + Copilot, or Enterprise).
  • Next Billing Date — when your next payment is due.
  • Price Per Seat and Total Plan Price — a breakdown of your billing amounts.
  • Seats — how many licenses are in use and how many are available.

Note: Upgrades and new seats bill and activate immediately.


How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

From the Plan & Billing tab, click Manage Plan to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.


Frequently Asked Questions

Who can access the Plan & Billing tab? Only the Application Admin who is the billing owner of the account — the user who originally signed up for BombBomb — has access to this page.

I don't see a plan listed — what does that mean? If no plan appears, your workspace may still be in a trial state. Contact BombBomb Support for clarification.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan from this page? Yes. Click Manage Plan to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades and new seats bill and activate immediately.
