Overview
Version 2.2 makes it easier to send videos from the tools you already use and gives recipients a better viewing experience. Send videos through your Outlook account, use BombBomb inside HubSpot or Dynamics, and share videos that look professional on any device.
What's New
HubSpot Integration
What It Does
Put BombBomb videos directly into your HubSpot email campaigns and workflows. Videos send through HubSpot, but BombBomb still tracks who watches them.
How to Access It
Connect your HubSpot account in BombBomb Settings > Integrations.
Why It Matters
If you already spend your day in HubSpot, you don't have to leave it to send videos. Build them right into your sequences and campaigns. All your engagement data (views, clicks, replies) still shows up in BombBomb.

HubSpot for Copilot
What It Does
Pull your HubSpot contact lists into BombBomb Copilot to build automated video email campaigns.
How to Access It
Go to BombBomb Engage > Automated Workflows > Campaigns > Assignments > Copy (works when HubSpot is connected).
Why It Matters
No more exporting contact lists or rebuilding them manually. Use the contacts already in your HubSpot account to set up video campaigns in Copilot.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Copilot
What It Does
Access your Microsoft Dynamics 365 contacts inside BombBomb Copilot when building video email campaigns.
How to Access It
Enable it in Manage Team > Permissions > Automated Workflow Integrations > Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights - Journeys.
Why It Matters
Use the contact database you already have in Dynamics to build Copilot campaigns. No exporting, no switching back and forth between systems.

Email Send Integration (Outlook)
What It Does
Send video emails directly from BombBomb using your own Outlook account. The email goes through your email provider's servers (not BombBomb’s) and shows up in your Sent folder like any other email you send.
How to Access It
For Admins:
- Account Settings > Permissions
- Find Email Integration
- Turn on Outlook
For Users:
- Open Workspace in BombBomb Engage
- Find the video you want to send
- Click the email icon or More Options > Quick Send Email
- First time: connect your Outlook account
- Write your email (bold, italic, lists, alignment all work)
- Add recipients, update subject line, attach more videos if you want
- Click Send Email
Why It Matters
You can send videos without leaving BombBomb, but the email comes from YOU through YOUR email account. This means better deliverability (no "sent from BombBomb" issues), the email appears in your Sent folder, and recipients just see a regular email from you with a video in it.

Video Player Page 2.0
What It Does
We rebuilt the entire page people see when they click on your video. It now includes:
- Your logo and brand colors
- Light or dark theme (you choose)
- Transcript with clickable timestamps (click any line to jump to that part of the video)
- AI-generated summary of what's in the video
- Works perfectly on phones
- Contact panel with your social links
- Custom call-to-action button
- Like and reply buttons that match your brand colors
How to Access It
It's automatic. Every video you share from BombBomb Engage now uses the new page.
How to Control It:
- User Settings: Pick your logo, theme, brand color, header button, social links, and personal LinkedIn
- Account Settings (Admins): Set company-wide defaults for everyone
- Team Settings (Team Admins): Override account settings for specific teams
There's a preview panel in your settings that shows exactly what recipients will see before you send anything.
Why It Matters
When someone clicks your video link, they now see something that looks professional and matches your brand. The transcript helps people who need captions or want to skim. The summary helps busy people decide if they want to watch. Dark mode is just nice. And it all works great on phones, which is where a lot of people watch videos anyway.
