Your BombBomb is moving to the new BombBomb experience on November 9. You can try it today with the toggle in your account, and switch back any time before November 9. Take a few minutes to look around and see what's new.
What's New:
Dashboard and recent activity. Start here to see what's happened since your last visit.
Video library. All your videos are in the left sidebar.
Notifications. New activity shows as unread. Click one to open the video the recipient watched.
Record your screen in Chrome or Edge. Start a screen recording right in your browser. There's nothing to install.
Your video page. Vertical videos now fill the screen. If you use transcripts, viewers can search for a word and jump to that moment.
A few things you'll notice
- Easier screen recording. Record your screen in Chrome or Edge with nothing to install. If your connection drops, your recording is saved.
- Faster follow-up. New activity shows as unread, so you can see who watched and follow up sooner.
- A better video page. Vertical videos fit your viewer's screen. If you use transcripts, viewers can search them.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to move myself? No. We'll move your account to the new BombBomb experience automatically on November 9.
Can I switch back? Before November 9, use the toggle in your account to switch back. After November 9, the new BombBomb experience will be the one you will see when logging in.
Will my price change? No. Your price stays the same.
Will my videos and the links I've sent keep working? Yes. Your videos, tags, and settings come with you. There's nothing to export or rebuild. Every video link you've sent keeps working. After your move, those links open on the new video page, so your viewers see the new look too.
Will my extension and add-ins keep working? Yes. The BombBomb extension for Chrome and Edge and the add-ins for Gmail and Outlook keep working after your move. You can keep recording and sending from your inbox.
What if I can't find a feature I use? Some tools have changed or moved. For example, viewers can no longer reply with a video on your video page, but they can still reply with text. If you can't find something you use, contact Support and we'll help.
