Overview
This article walks you through the BombBomb Engage navigation available to Admins and Content Admins. You have access to everything a team member sees, plus tools to manage users, configure teams, control permissions, and manage account-level settings.
Who this applies to: Admins, Content Admins
Plan requirement: Core, Core + Copilot, Enterprise
Note: Account-level Content Admins have access to Workspace, including Virtual Backgrounds for all teams, but do not have access to Manage Team, Manage Users, or Manage Account.
Your Navigation at a Glance
When you log in to BombBomb Engage, the main navigation appears on the left side of the screen.
Admins and Content Admins may see:
- Create Video
- Workspace
- Automated Workflows
- Insights
- Manage Users
- Manage Team
- Integrations
- Help
- Manage Account
- Chat with Us
- Your profile menu
The team name in the upper-left corner shows which team you are currently viewing. Workspace, Automated Workflows, Insights, and Manage Team are scoped to the selected team. To switch teams or view all teams, click the team name and choose from the dropdown.
Create Video
Use Create Video to record or upload a video.
From the recorder, you can:
- Record with your webcam
- Record your screen
- Upload an existing video
- Use the Use Case Library for ideas
- Add speaker notes or generate AI-assisted notes
- Apply effects, virtual backgrounds, video banners, and recording settings

Workspace
Workspace is your video and content library.
Admins and Content Admins can access:
- My Videos: Your recorded and uploaded videos
- Shared Videos: Company and team folders for approved shared content
- Virtual Backgrounds: Backgrounds available to users when recording
Use search, filters, sorting, folders, and grid or list view to find and organize content.
Automated Workflows
Automated Workflows is where Admins and Content Admins manage campaign-based video tasks.
Depending on your permissions and team settings, you may see:
- Campaigns: Create and manage video sales sequences
- Assignments: Review team assignment progress
- Member Adoption: See who is recording personalized videos
- Video Review: Approve or reject submitted assignment videos before they send
Note: Video Review must be enabled in Manage Team permissions before it appears as an active queue.
Insights
Insights shows performance data for the selected team.
You may see:
- My Videos: Your personal video performance
- Team Videos: Team-level performance, leaderboards, and export options
Use the date filter to review performance over different time ranges.
Note: Team Insights must be enabled in Manage Team permissions for Team Videos to appear.
Manage Account
Manage Account contains account-wide settings that apply across your BombBomb Engage account.
Depending on your role and permissions, you may see:
Users
View and manage users on the selected team. You can add members, change team roles, and remove users from the team.
Teams
View, create, and edit your company teams.
Player Page Defaults
Set account-wide defaults for video player pages. These settings apply unless a team-level or user-level override is in place.
Plan & Billing
View plan details, billing information, seat counts, and related billing settings.
Permissions
Manage account-wide access and feature settings.
The updated Permissions page is organized into three sections:
Administrator Permissions
Controls administrator-level access, including settings such as whether admins can log in as users and receive account usage reports.
User Permissions
Controls user-level feature access, such as video captions, screen recording, video upload, mobile applications, and email integration access.
AI Features
Controls AI-related functionality for the account, including AI feature availability and AI Video Labels behavior.
AI Content Library
The AI Content Library is where Admins can manage AI-supported content resources for the account. Use this page to review and organize content that supports AI-generated or AI-assisted experiences in BombBomb Engage.
Integrations
The Integrations page lets you view connected integrations and browse available integrations.
You can also access your API key from this page.
For personal integrations, users can also go to their profile menu and select Integrations.
Help
Use Help to open the Onboarding & Help panel. This includes guided tasks, Help Center access, and What’s New updates.
Use Chat with Us to contact BombBomb Support.
Your Profile Menu
Click your name in the bottom-left corner to access personal settings.
From here, you can manage:
- Profile details
- Email and password
- Personal player page settings
- Personal integrations
- Log out
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I manage AI settings?
Go to Manage Account, then Permissions. AI-related settings are located in the AI Features section.
Where do I find the AI Content Library?
Go to Manage Account, then select AI Content Library.
Why don’t I see Team Videos in Insights?
Team Insights must be enabled in Manage Team permissions.
Why don’t I see Video Review in Automated Workflows?
Video Review must be enabled in Manage Team permissions before the review queue appears.
