To get the best experience using BombBomb Engage’s recording tools, it’s important to have your browser set up correctly. This guide walks you through the optimal settings for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge to ensure smooth recording, high-quality playback, and proper access to your camera and microphone.
Recommended Browsers
For the best performance and compatibility with BombBomb Engage, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. These browsers offer the most seamless recording and playback experience.
General Browser Settings
Regardless of the browser, make sure the following settings are configured:

Allow Camera and Microphone Access

When prompted, select Allow to give BombBomb permission to use your camera and microphone.

You can manage this setting in your browser’s site settings or preferences.

Disable Pop-Up Blockers (for BombBomb)
