If you're having trouble launching the BombBomb recorder or seeing it appear in a new window or tab, a pop-up blocker may be the reason. Many browsers block pop-ups by default, and since BombBomb’s recorder uses a pop-up window, you’ll need to make sure it's allowed to open.
Here’s how to manage pop-up blocker settings in your browser so you can record with ease.
Common Signs a Pop-up Blocker is Interfering:

Clicking Record doesn’t open the recorder window.

You see a quick flash on the screen, but nothing opens.

You receive a browser notification about a blocked pop-up.
How to Allow Pop-Ups in Popular Browsers
Chrome

Click the lock icon next to the URL bar.

Select Site settings.

Scroll to Pop-ups and redirects and choose Allow.

Refresh the page and try recording again.
Alternatively:

Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects.

to the Allowed list.
Firefox

Click the menu icon (three lines) in the top-right corner.
