If you’ve already recorded a video outside of BombBomb, you can easily upload it to your Video Library to send or track just like any BombBomb video. This article walks you through uploading existing videos to the Web App.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Uploading a Video in the Web App

• Log in to your BombBomb account at app.bombbomb.com.

• Click the Workspace tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

• Click the Upload Video button in the top right corner.

• Choose a video file from your device.

Note: BombBomb can upload MP4, M4V, MOV, MKV, MPG, MPEG, AVI, WMV and FLV files under 2 GB.

• Once uploaded, the video will appear in your All My Videos library.

• From here, you can:

  • Add labels for organization.

  • Click the three-dot menu to share, edit, or delete.

FAQs / Common Issues

Q: Why won’t my video upload?
A: Make sure the file is under 2 GB and is a supported format (MP4, M4V, MOV, MKV, MPG, MPEG, AVI, WMV and FLV).

Q: Can I upload from my phone?
A: For mobile uploads, use the BombBomb mobile app!
