Overview
Account Settings is where you set your company profile and brand defaults for BombBomb Engage. Keeping this up to date ensures a consistent brand experience across all video player pages for your entire account.

Update General Company Information
- Click Account Settings in the bottom-left navigation.
- You'll land on the Profile tab by default.
- Under General Information, update your Company Name, Industry, address, and any other fields as needed.
Fields marked Required must be filled in before you can save.
Upload or Replace Your Company Logo
- In the Company Brand section, click Select File to upload your logo.
- Once uploaded, a preview will appear below the upload field.
- To remove a logo, click Remove Logo.
Logo requirements:
- File type: PNG or JPEG
- Maximum file size: 1MB
- Minimum pixel width: 250px
- Horizontal logos: minimum 250px wide
- Square logos: minimum 125px wide
Important: Your logo appears on video player pages across your entire account — including player pages for videos that have already been sent. Updating your logo here updates it everywhere immediately.
Set Your Brand Color
- In the Company Brand section, click the Brand Color bar to open the color picker.
- Select your color using one of three input methods — click the dropdown in the lower-right corner of the color picker to switch between them:
- HEX — enter your brand's official hex code (e.g.,
#111827) for the most accurate match - RGB — enter Red, Green, and Blue values manually
- HSL — use Hue, Saturation, and Lightness values to fine-tune the color tone

Your brand color is used for buttons and accents on video player pages across your account.
Save Your Changes
Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply any updates. Changes to your logo and brand color take effect immediately across all video player pages — past and future.
Frequently Asked Questions
I don't see Account Settings in my navigation. Why? Account Settings is only available to Admins and Application Admins. If you don't see it, your account role doesn't include access to these settings. Contact your Admin if you need something updated.
What's the difference between Account Settings branding and team-level Player Page Defaults? Account Settings → Profile sets your company name, logo, and brand color at the account level. These apply across all teams by default. Team-level Player Page Defaults (set in Manage Team) let you override the organization name, website, disclaimer, social links, and call-to-action button for a specific team — but not the logo or brand color, which are always set at the account level.
If I update my logo, will it change on videos I've already sent? Yes. Your logo appears dynamically on all video player pages. Updating it here updates it immediately everywhere — including player pages for videos that have already been sent.
What file types are supported for logos? PNG and JPEG only. Maximum file size is 1MB. Minimum pixel width is 250px.
