Overview
This article covers everything Application Admins need to know about managing seats, changing your plan, and viewing billing information in BombBomb Engage.
Who this applies to: Application Admins who are also the billing owner for the account. The Plan & Billing page is only visible if both conditions are met.

How to Access Plan & Billing
- Click Account Settings in the bottom-left navigation.
- Click the Plan & Billing tab.
From here you can view your current plan, see seats in use vs. available, and access billing information.
If you don't see the Plan & Billing tab, you must be both an Application Admin and the billing owner for the account. If you meet both requirements and still don't see it, contact BombBomb Support.
How to Add Seats
- In the Seats section, review your total seat count and how many are currently in use.
- Click + Add Seats.
- Enter the number of additional seats you'd like to add and confirm.
New seats are billed immediately and prorated through your current billing period.
Need to remove seats or reduce your licensed seat count? Removing individual users is done in Manage Users. Reducing your total licensed seats typically requires contacting BombBomb Support or your Customer Success Manager.
How to Change Your Plan
Plan changes are supported in-app and take effect at the end of your current billing cycle:
- Yearly plans: the change applies at the end of your current annual billing period.
- Monthly plans: the change applies at the end of the current month.
If you need assistance with a plan change:
- Self-Service accounts: contact BombBomb Support or email support@bombbomb.com.
- Managed accounts: reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Billing Information
Under the Billing Information section you can view your billing contact details including company name, billing contact name, and billing email address.
Updating your billing email is not currently supported in-app. Contact BombBomb Support if you need to make this change.
Invoices
Past invoices are not accessible from within BombBomb Engage. They are managed externally. Contact BombBomb Support to request copies of past invoices.

Who can add seats? Only Application Admins who are also the billing owner for the account can add seats from the Plan & Billing tab.
