The AI Content Library is the foundation for all AI-powered features in BombBomb. By uploading and organizing your brand content here, you ensure that AI-generated outputs stay accurate, on-brand, and aligned with your messaging across the entire product.

How to Set Up the AI Content Library
1. Upload Your Brand Documents
- Go to Manage Account in the left navigation.
- Click the AI Content Library tab.
- Click the Upload your first documents button in orange.
- Add all relevant brand materials to the AI Content Library. This can include:
- Brand voice and tone guidelines
- Product messaging documents
- Email templates and examples
- FAQs or knowledgebase content
- Sales scripts or positioning docs
The more comprehensive your uploads, the more accurate and useful AI outputs will be.
2. Organize Content into Folders
- Click + next to Folders.
- Write a name for your folder and click Create Folder.
- Drag and drop documents into any folder.
- Structure your library in a way that makes content easy to manage and update, for example:
- By content type (e.g., Messaging, Templates, FAQs)
- By team or use case (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Support)
- By product or campaign
Clear organization helps ensure consistency and makes ongoing maintenance simpler.
