Overview
This article shows how to update your company name, logo, brand color, and contact information in BombBomb Engage. Keeping your company profile up to date ensures a consistent brand experience for your team and viewers.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Account Settings
- From the left-hand navigation panel, click Account Settings at the bottom of the menu.
🗣️ Note: This takes you directly to the Company Profile screen.
Edit General Company Information
- Under the General Information section, update fields such as company name, industry, address, and contact information.
🗣️ Note: Fields marked Required must be filled out before saving.
Upload or Replace Your Logo
- In the Company Brand section, click Select File to upload a new company logo.
🗣️ Note: PNG or JPG files under 2MB work best. This logo will appear on your viewer pages.
Set Your Brand Color
- In the Company Brand section, click the Brand Color bar to open the color picker tool.
🗣️ Note: This color is used on your viewer-facing video pages to reinforce your brand.
🗣️ Note: You can set your brand color in three different ways by using the drop-down menu in the lower-right corner of the color picker:

RGB: Input Red, Green, and Blue values manually.

HSL: Use Hue, Saturation, and Lightness values to fine-tune the color tone.

HEX: Enter your brand's official hex code (e.g.,
#111827
) for the most accurate match.
🗣️ Tip: Click the arrows to switch between RGB, HSL, and HEX views.
Save Your Changes
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Q: I don’t see the Account Settings option. What should I do?
A: You may not have permission to edit company-level settings. Contact your Team or Account Admin.
Q: What file types are supported for logos?
A: PNG or JPG files under 2MB are supported.
Q: Will these branding updates affect past videos?
A: No, they will only apply to future viewer-facing pages.
