This article walks Admins through how to manage team seats, request a plan change, and update billing information within BombBomb. These actions help your workspace stay scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with your organization's needs.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to Account Settings
- From the left-hand navigation panel, click Account Settings (located at the bottom above your profile name).
Open the Plan & Billing Tab
- Inside Account Settings, click on the Plan & Billing tab along the top navigation.
- This tab allows you to view your plan details, seat usage, and billing information.
🗣️ Note: If you do not see this tab, your account role may not include Admin permissions.
Add or Remove Seats
- In the Seats section, review how many total seats your account has and how many are currently in use.
- Click the orange + Add Seats button to increase your seat count.
- Follow the prompts to finalize your changes.
🗣️ Note: Removing users must be done via the Manage Users section; decreasing licensed seats typically requires contacting Support or your assigned Customer Success Manager.
Request a Plan Change
BombBomb Engage currently does not support in-app plan changes.
To upgrade or modify your plan:

Self-Service accounts: Contact BombBomb Support.

Managed accounts: Reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager.
🗣️ Note: Include your workspace name and desired plan level when reaching out for a smoother process.
Update Your Billing Email
- Scroll to the Billing Information section.
- Enter a new email address under Billing Email Address and save your changes.
FAQs / Common Issues
Q: What happens when I add seats mid-cycle?
A: New seats are billed immediately and prorated through your current billing period.
Q: Can I downgrade my plan from the app?
A: No. All plan adjustments must be submitted through Support or your Success Manager.
Q: Why can’t I see pricing or change my plan?
A: Plan pricing is often hidden for Managed accounts, and in-app changes are not currently supported.
