Overview
This article walks Admins through how to manage billing and payment settings within BombBomb Engage. From viewing plan and seat usage to updating billing contacts and requesting plan changes, this guide covers everything Account Admins need to know to manage account-level billing.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to Account Settings
- From the left-hand navigation panel, click Account Settings (located at the bottom above your profile name).
Open the Plan & Billing Tab
- Click the Plan & Billing tab along the top of the Account Settings page.
Here, Admins can:

View the current plan type.

See seats in use and seats available.

Access billing contact info.
🗣️ Note: Only Application Admins can view this section.
Add Seats
In the Seats section:

Click the orange + Add Seats button.

Enter the number of additional seats you’d like to purchase.

Confirm to finalize the addition.
🗣️ Note: Seats are added immediately and billed through BombBomb’s external billing system.
Request a Plan Change
BombBomb Engage does not currently support in-app plan upgrades or downgrades.
To request a change:

Use the in-app Contact Support option in the Help modal (coming soon).

Email support@bombbomb.com directly.
BombBomb Support will verify your account and escalate the request to the Billing Team.
🗣️ Note: Any Admin can request a plan change, but changes are processed externally by our Billing Team.
Edit Billing Contact Information
Under the Billing Information section, you can update:

Billing Contact Name

Billing Email Address
🗣️ Note: Admins cannot view or download past invoices in Engage. Invoices are managed via an external system (e.g., Chargebee).
FAQs / Common Issues
Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan in-app?
A: No. Please contact BombBomb Support to request any plan changes.
Q: Where can I download past invoices?
A: Invoices are handled externally and are not accessible from BombBomb Engage. Contact Support to request copies.
Q: Why can’t I see the Plan & Billing tab?
A: Only Application and Account Admins have access to this section.
Q: Who can add seats?
A: Application and Account Admins can add seats directly in the Plan & Billing tab.
