Your member profile controls the personal information associated with your BombBomb account — including your name, contact details, and profile photo. Keeping it current ensures your video messages are professional and your recipients see accurate information about you.

Plan requirement: Core, Core + Copilot, Enterprise
Looking to update your company name, logo, or brand color? Those settings live in Account Settings → Profile, not your personal user profile.
How to Update Your Profile
- Click your name in the bottom-left corner of BombBomb Engage to open the menu.
- Click Profile.
- On the Profile tab, update any of the following fields:
- First Name, Last Name, Suffix
- Phone Number
- Department
- Title
- Timezone
- LinkedIn URL
- Profile Picture
- Click Save Changes.
How to Update Your Email Address or Password
Your email address and password are managed separately from your profile.
- Click your name in the bottom-left corner and click Profile.
- Click the Email & Password tab.
- Update your email address or password as needed.
- Click Save Changes.
Frequently Asked Questions
My profile photo isn't updating — what should I do? Refresh the page and try again. Make sure your image is in JPG or PNG format and under 10MB.
Where do I update my company name or logo? Company name, logo, and brand color are account-level settings managed by an Admin. Go to Account Settings → Profile to update them.
Can I change my email address? Yes — your email address (used for login) is on the Email & Password tab in your Settings, not the Profile tab.
