How to Change Your Password

This article explains how to change your password while logged in, or reset it if you've been locked out of your account.

Plan requirement: Core, Core + Copilot, Enterprise


How to Change Your Password (While Logged In)

  1. Click your name in the bottom-left corner of BombBomb Engage to open the menu.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Click the Email & Password tab.
  4. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.

  1. Click Save.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include a combination of letters and numbers.


How to Reset Your Password (If You're Locked Out)

  1. Go to app.bombbomb.com.
  2. Click Forgot Password? below the login form.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your BombBomb account and click Send Reset Instructions.
  4. Check your inbox for the reset email and click the link inside.
  5. Enter and confirm your new password.

Frequently Asked Questions

I didn't receive a reset email — what should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, confirm you're using the correct email address and try again. Still having trouble? Contact BombBomb Support.

Can Support reset my password for me? No. For security reasons, BombBomb Support cannot reset passwords on your behalf. Use the Forgot Password flow to initiate a secure reset.
