Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the thumbnail after I've already sent the video? Yes. You can update the thumbnail at any time. The new thumbnail will appear wherever the video is embedded or linked, including previously sent emails and shared links.
What makes a good thumbnail? Use a clear, high-quality image that represents the content of your video. A thumbnail with your face, a relevant object, or a clear subject performs better than a generic frame grab. Keep text minimal if you include any.
What file types and sizes are supported for custom thumbnails? For best results, use a JPG or PNG file. If your upload fails, check that the file is not too large and is in a supported format.
