This article will show you how to update your personal profile information in BombBomb Engage. Keeping your profile up to date ensures your video messages are more personalized and professional, and that your recipients see accurate contact details.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Log In to BombBomb Engage.

Navigate to app.bombbomb.com and log in to your account.

Click on Your Profile Icon.

In the bottom left corner of the screen, click your profile icon (your name or profile photo).

Select Profile from the drop-down menu.

From the drop-down, click Profile to access your profile settings.

- Edit Your Information.
🗣️ Note: Updating your profile photo is optional but recommended for a personal touch in your videos.
Click Save to Apply Changes
- Once you've made your updates, scroll down and click Save to confirm your changes.

Q: My profile photo isn’t updating—what should I do?
A: Try refreshing the page or clearing your cache in your browser. Make sure your image file is under 10MB and in JPG or PNG format.
