This article explains how to change your current password or reset it if you’ve forgotten it. Keeping your BombBomb account secure starts with strong password practices, and knowing how to update or recover your credentials is essential for account access.

Step-by-Step Instructions
To Change Your Password (while logged in):
- Log In to BombBomb Engage
- Visit app.bombbomb.com and log in to your account.
Click Your Profile Icon
- In the bottom left corner, click your profile icon to open the drop-down menu. Select Email & Password.

Type your current password.

Enter a new password.

Confirm the new password.
🗣️ Note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters and numbers for security.
Click “Save” to Confirm Changes
- Once complete, click Save to update your password.
To Reset Your Password (if you're locked out):

Go to the BombBomb Login Page.

Navigate to app.bombbomb.com

Click Forgot Password?

Below the login form, click Forgot Password?

Enter Your Email Address

Type the email address associated with your BombBomb account and click Send Reset Instructions.

Check Your Email

Open your inbox and find the reset email from BombBomb. Click the link to reset your password.

Set a New Password

On the reset page, enter and confirm your new password.

Q: I didn’t receive a reset email—what should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, confirm the email address you entered is correct, then try again.
Q: Can Support reset my password for me?
A: For security, BombBomb Support cannot reset passwords directly. Use the Forgot Password flow to initiate a secure reset.
