This article explains how to manage your notification preferences in BombBomb Engage. By customizing your notifications, you can stay informed about video views, replies, and account activity without getting overwhelmed by unnecessary alerts.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Log In to BombBomb Engage
Go to app.bombbomb.com and log into your account. -
Click on Your Profile Icon
In the bottom left corner of the screen, click your profile icon to open the dropdown menu. -
Customize Email Notification Preferences
On the Notifications page, you’ll see a list of toggles for:-
Video Viewed Notifications

Replies to Your Videos
-
Tracking Alerts
-
Account Activity and Updates
Toggle each option ON or OFF based on your preferences.

🗣️ Note: These settings control which updates you receive via email. App and browser notifications are managed separately.

Click "Save" to Confirm Changes
After adjusting your preferences, scroll down and click Save to apply your settings.

Q: I’m not receiving any notifications—what’s wrong?
A: Make sure the toggles are turned ON and check your spam folder. Also confirm your email address is correct in your profile settings.
