This article explains how to customize your BombBomb player page—the landing page your recipients see when they watch your video. Personalizing your player page helps reinforce your brand, drive engagement, and deliver a more polished viewing experience.

Step-by-Step Instructions

• Log In to BombBomb Engage.
• Go to app.bombbomb.com and log in to your account.

Click Your Profile Icon

• In the bottom left of the screen, click your profile icon to access the drop-down menu.

Select “Player Page” from the Menu

• In the drop-down menu, click Player Page to open your customization settings.

Edit Player Page Settings

You can customize several elements of your player page:

• Logo or Profile Photo: Upload a branded logo or personal image.

• Header Button: Add a clickable button to drive traffic (e.g., to a calendar or website).

🗣️ Note: Click “Preview” to see what your changes will look like in real time.

Save Your Changes

• Once your customizations are complete, click Save at the bottom of the screen.

FAQs / Common Issues

Q: Why isn’t my player page background updating?
A: Make sure your file meets size and format requirements (JPG or PNG under 10MB). Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

Q: Can I create different player pages for different videos?
A: Not at this time. Each account has one player page template used across all video messages.
