BombBomb can notify you by email whenever someone watches, likes, comments on, or replies to your videos. This article shows you how to turn those notifications on or off.

Plan requirement: Core, Core + Copilot, Enterprise
How to Update Your Notification Preferences
- In the bottom-left corner of the screen, click your name and profile picture to open the menu.
- Click Profile.
- On the Settings page, scroll down to the Notifications section.
- Check or uncheck the notifications you want to receive:
- Is Watched
- Is Liked
- Receives a Comment
Receives a Reply
- Click Save Changes.
Frequently Asked Questions
I'm not receiving any notifications. What's wrong?
Check that the relevant boxes are checked in your Notifications settings. If they are, check your spam or promotions folder — notification emails can sometimes be filtered there. Also confirm your email address is correct on your Profile page.
Can I turn off all notifications?
Yes — uncheck all four boxes and click Save.
