Your BombBomb API key is required to integrate BombBomb with third-party platforms or build custom solutions using our API. This article shows you how to find, copy, and reset your API key.

How to Find and Copy Your API Key
- In the lower-left corner of your screen where your name appears, click on it to reveal a menu.
- Click Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page to find the API Key for Integrations section.
- Click Copy API Key to copy the key to your clipboard.
Keep your API key secure. Do not share it publicly or include it in any client-side code.
How to Reset Your API Key
If your current API key has been compromised or you need to generate a new one:
- Follow Steps 1–4 above to navigate to the API Key section.
- Click Reset API Key.
Important: Resetting your API key immediately invalidates the current key. Any integrations or platforms using the old key will stop working until you update them with the new key.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see the API Key section in my Profile? Make sure you're logged into the primary BombBomb web app at app.bombbomb.com and not through a partner integration or embedded login.
Can I use the same API key across multiple platforms? Yes. Your API key can be used across different integrations and scripts. BombBomb cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party platform — if you run into issues, reach out to support@bombbomb.com.
Does BombBomb support all CRM and third-party integrations? BombBomb supports a select number of direct integrations. If you want to build for another platform or have questions about using your API key, check out our developer resources.
When should I reset my API key? Reset your key if it has been exposed or shared unintentionally, or if you're experiencing unexpected authentication issues with an integration. Remember to update the new key everywhere the old one was used.
