IXACT Connect Integration

Overview

The BombBomb + IXACT integration lets you send BombBomb videos directly from your IXACT CRM. This helps you build stronger relationships by adding face-to-face communication into your automated emails and client touch-points.

Who This Applies To

Audience Type: Application Admin

Plan Type: Core + Copilot, or Enterprise

✅ Active IXACT Contact account

✅ Admin or account owner permissions in both systems


Connection Steps

  1. Log in to IXACT Contact
    🗣️ Note: Make sure you are logged in with the correct account you want connected.

  2. Locate BombBomb under your User Profile

    🗣️ Note: IXACT allows you to configure BombBomb as your video provider.

  3. Choose BombBomb as your provider

    • From the available options, select BombBomb.
      🗣️ Note: If you don’t see BombBomb, check that your IXACT subscription includes email provider integrations.

  4. Authorize your BombBomb account

    • You’ll be prompted to log in to BombBomb. Enter your BombBomb email and password, then click Allow Access.

  5. Confirm your connection

    • Once authenticated, you’ll be redirected back to IXACT. You should see BombBomb listed as your active email provider.
      🗣️ Note: You can now record and send BombBomb videos directly from IXACT emails.

  • What if I can’t find BombBomb in my IXACT provider list?
    Ensure your IXACT plan supports integrations. If the option still doesn’t appear, contact IXACT support.

  • Why is my login to BombBomb failing?
    Double-check your BombBomb email and password. If you use SSO, try logging in directly from BombBomb first to confirm credentials.

  • Can I disconnect or switch providers later?
    Yes, return to the Email Setup screen in IXACT and remove BombBomb, or select another provider.
