Overview
The BombBomb mobile app lets you record, send, and track videos from your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. This article walks you through downloading and setting up the app so you're ready to go.

iOS Installation
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for BombBomb.
- Tap Get next to the official BombBomb app published by BombBomb, Inc.
- Wait for the download to complete, then tap Open.
Android Installation
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Search for BombBomb.
- Tap Install next to the official BombBomb app published by BombBomb, LLC.
- Wait for the download to complete, then tap Open.
Sign In
Enter your BombBomb email address and password — the same credentials you use on the BombBomb Engage desktop app.
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), tap Log in with SSO instead of entering your password.
First Launch Setup
The first time you open the app, you'll be walked through a short introduction. Tap Next through the slides, then tap Get Started when prompted.
When asked, allow the app to access your camera and microphone. These permissions are required to record and send videos. If you skip this step, you can enable them later in your device's Settings under the BombBomb app permissions.
Frequently Asked Questions
I can't find BombBomb in the app store. Make sure you're searching in the correct store for your device — App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android. If you're in a region where the app isn't available, contact BombBomb Support.
I forgot my password. Tap Forgot Password? on the login screen to reset it. The reset link will be sent to your BombBomb account email address.
My organization uses SSO — how do I log in? Tap Log in with SSO on the login screen and enter your organization's SSO credentials. If you're unsure whether your organization uses SSO, check with your admin.
The app is asking for camera and microphone access but I already allowed it. If permissions aren't working correctly, go to your device's Settings, find BombBomb, and toggle the camera and microphone permissions off and back on.
