This article explains how to access and interpret Automated Workflows adoption metrics in BombBomb Engage. Understanding these metrics helps Workspace Admins monitor how their team members are engaging with Automated Workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and training.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Navigate to the Automated Workflows Section

• From your BombBomb Engage dashboard, select Automated Workflows 

🗣️ Note: Ensure you have appropriate admin permissions to access reports.

Access the Automated Workflows Report

• In Automated Workflows navigate to Member Adoption.

• Click to open the detailed Automated Workflows Member Adoption report view.

Review Key Adoption Metrics

• Metrics displayed include:

  • Number of Workflows Assigned

  • Number of Workflows Completed

  • User Adoption Rate (percentage of active users leveraging workflows)

  • Member

  • Team

Apply Filters to Customize Your View

• Use available filters by clicking at the top of each column to sort

Export or Share the Report

• To export the metrics, click the Export button at the top right of the report view.

• Optionally, use the Share Link to provide access to teammates

Q: Why don’t I see any data in my Automated Workflows report?
A: Ensure that workflows have been created and activated in the selected workspace. Also, verify that your filters are not overly restrictive (e.g., incorrect date range).

Q: Can I see adoption metrics for a specific user?
A: Yes, use the User filter to drill down into individual usage data.
