Overview
With User Assignments in Automated Workflows, teams can assign specific users to own or manage individual workflows. This makes it easier to organize automations, track accountability, and manage permissions across large teams. Assigned users will be able to view, edit, and receive notifications related to the workflows they own.
Who This Applies To
✅ Audience Type: Team Admins, Admins, and Users with workflow permissions
✅ Plan Type: Core + Copilot, Enterprise
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to the Automated Workflows Dashboard
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Automated Workflows to open the list of existing workflows.
2. Select a Campaign
Click on an existing campaign to open it for editing or create a new campaign.
🗣️ Note: You must have edit permissions for the workflow to assign users.
Click Add Assignment to create a new assignment or select a previously created assignment.
3. Click Assign
To the right of the specific assignment select Assign.
4. Search and Select a User
Begin typing a team member’s name and select them from the list or check Assign to All Team Members.
🗣️ Tip: Assigned users should be active members of your workspace.
5. Save Your Assignment
Click Save Changes to adjust your assignment.
🗣️ Note: The assigned user will now appear on the main workflows list for quick reference.
