Step-by-Step Instructions
Understand the Fallback Hierarchy
BombBomb Engage uses a clear hierarchy when applying Automated Workflow settings:

User Level: If a user has specific settings configured (like a specific video, signature, or sender name), the system will use the user’s settings first.

Team Level: If no user-specific setting is available, BombBomb checks for team-level defaults set by the Team Admin.

Company Level: If neither user nor team settings are configured, BombBomb will use the company-wide defaults set by the Company Admin.
🗣️ Note: The fallback ensures the workflow always has the necessary information to complete without manual intervention.
Setting Up or Updating a Fallback Video

Navigate to Automated Workflows

Navigate to your Assignment. Team Folder > Campaign > Assignment

Select or Upload
- Click the three dots then Edit
- Click Upload

Select a video from your workspace or upload a new video to your workspace and select it.
