Overview
The Review Queue in BombBomb Engage's Automated Workflows helps you maintain quality and compliance before communications are sent. This article guides you on how to access, review, and manage messages pending approval, ensuring your workflows run smoothly and meet organizational standards.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Review Queue

Navigate to your Automated Workflows from the left-hand sidebar in BombBomb Engage.

Click on the Video Review tab at the top of the page.
🗣️ Note: Only users with the appropriate permissions (Admin/Team Admin) can view the Review Queue.
Review Pending Messages

In the Review Queue, you will see a list of all communications awaiting approval.

Each entry will show a preview of the message.
🗣️ Note: You can sort or filter and search through the the list of videos.
Approve or Reject Messages

To review a message, click the message preview.

After reviewing, click Approve Video to allow it to upload, or Reject Video to block it.

If rejected, you can optionally add feedback, which will notify the original uploader.
🗣️ Note: Approved messages proceed based on the original schedule; rejected messages are canceled.
Bulk Actions

Select multiple messages by checking the box next to each message.

Use the bulk action toolbar to Approve or Reject all selected messages at once.
Monitor Status Updates

Approved messages will be removed from the queue automatically.

Rejected messages will appear under a Rejected status for 7 days before archiving.
🗣️ Note: Team Admins can revisit rejected messages to review rejection reasons if needed.
FAQs / Common Issues
Q: What happens if a message is not approved before its scheduled time?
A: Messages awaiting approval past their scheduled send time will not be sent.
Q: Can senders edit their message after rejection?
A: Yes. Rejected messages can be edited and resubmitted for review if workflow settings allow.
