How to Use the Experience Toggle

Overview

The Experience Toggle lets you move between BombBomb experiences - BombBomb Classic and BombBomb Engage, to try all of BombBomb's classic and new features.

Who this applies to: All Users

Switch to another experience

To switch into another BombBomb experience:

1. Log in to your BombBomb account

2. In your dashboard or Workspace, click the banner: "Explore Classic" or "Explore Engage", depending on your plan.

Once the new experience opens, you can work within that platform's feature set.

Return to your own experience

When you are finished working in another experience, use the account or experience menu again to return to your own account.

1. Return to your dashboard or Workspace
2. Click "Return to Classic" or "Return to Engage," depending on which experience you are currently in.

Troubleshooting

If you should have access but cannot switch experiences, try these steps:

1. Sign out, then sign back in.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
3. Try again in a private or incognito browser window.
4. If the issue continues, email support@bombbomb.com for more assistance.
